The Service may make use of a system of virtual credits or “Tokens,” which may be purchased by Users through authorized payment processors. Tokens are a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for use solely within the Service operated by Gaudens LTD (18x).

All sales of Tokens are final. Unused Tokens purchased outside of a subscription expire three (3) months after purchase. Refunds will be issued only where legally mandated or at the sole discretion of Gaudens LTD (18x).

Payments are processed through third-party providers in compliance with PCI-DSS and other applicable standards. Gaudens LTD (18x) does not store complete payment card details.

By uploading or otherwise making available User Content to Gaudens LTD (18x), you grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, process, store, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and otherwise use such User Content solely for the purposes of providing and operating the Service.

Gaudens LTD (18x) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and/or access to the Service, with or without prior notice, for conduct that Gaudens LTD (18x) reasonably determines violates these Terms, infringes applicable law, or threatens the security or integrity of the Service or other Users.
The Service provided by Gaudens LTD (18x) is offered strictly “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaudens LTD (18x) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
In no event shall the total liability of Gaudens LTD (18x) exceed the greater of:
(i) the total amount you paid to Gaudens LTD (18x) for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or
(ii) cem euros (€100).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gaudens LTD (18x), its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria and the European Union. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kavarna, Bulgaria.
Gaudens LTD (18x) respects intellectual property rights and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement. In compliance with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent EU directives, Gaudens LTD (18x) has adopted a repeat infringer policy. Accounts of Users found to repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may be suspended or terminated.
