A realistic, high-resolution full-body photograph of a plus-size, heavily obese adult woman posing outdoors in a sunlit backyard. She has a thick and fleshy full-figured body type, soft rolling folds of fat on her abdomen and hips, a prominent soft belly, thick thighs, and full heavy upper arms. She is completely nude, posing gracefully next to a textured palm tree trunk in the foreground, with one hand resting gently against it and the other near her thigh. She has long, wavy blonde hair falling over her shoulders, and distinct tattoos on her arms, hips, and thighs, including floral patterns on her left arm and a line of small stars along her hip. Her body features soft natural skin texture with subtle stretch marks and realistic fat distribution under natural dappled sunlight filtering through tree leaves, creating highlights and soft shadows across her skin. The background features a dark wooden fence and lush green foliage, standing on green grass, captured with a professional portrait camera, natural color grading, high detail.
