Use the last frame of the supplied reference video as the exact first frame of a new single continuous 5 second video, preserve the same adult woman, the same black and white fine art studio aesthetic, the same white marble pedestal, the same lighting, tonal range, lens character, framing and overall image quality, keep the camera absolutely stable from beginning to end, no cuts, no jumps, no zoom, no dolly, no arc, no reframing, no shake, the image size and composition remain unchanged throughout, begin with the woman already holding the wide handstand straddle from the final frame of the reference video, her hands planted firmly on the top of the pedestal, arms long and controlled, shoulders stable, torso centered, and her widely opened legs extending so far to the sides that the lower legs and feet naturally remain outside the left and right edges of the frame, then over the course of the shot she slowly and smoothly transitions into a deeper arm balance, maintaining continuous control and perfect flow, her pelvis gradually lowers downward between her arms, her torso folds more deeply, her shoulders shift subtly forward over her hands, her elbows may soften only slightly if needed for realism, the wide straddle remains open, the upper thighs slowly descend until they come into gentle contact against the backs of her upper arms near the triceps and elbows, creating a highly compressed, elegant, sculptural balance, the movement must feel anatomically believable, soft, homogeneous and unhurried, driven by flexibility, core strength, shoulder stability and refined body awareness, her expression remains calm and concentrated, her hair bun remains neat, the final frame shows her in a stable low arm balance with the pelvis clearly lowered, the torso folded between the arms, the thighs resting against the backs of the upper arms, and the wide straddle still extending beyond the frame edges, pale seamless background, soft sculptural studio light from above and slightly from the side, crisp focus, subtle analog grain, monochrome silver gelatin aesthetic, deep blacks, luminous highlights, museum quality fine art cinematography
