The unseen temptation

Emma had been working as a secretary at this office for four years. She was known for her efficiency and professionalism. Today, though, something felt different as she sat at her desk. Her boss called her into his office, but when she entered, he seemed unusually flustered. He motioned for her to sit down, but Emma noticed the table leg was wobbling slightly. As she took a seat, she couldn't help but notice that his tie was askew and his shirt looked like it hadn’t been buttoned properly. The atmosphere in the room felt heavier, and Emma started to feel uneasy. Her boss began by asking about her current projects, but Emma could see he wasn’t really paying attention. His eyes kept darting towards the floor, then quickly back up again. She shifted uncomfortably in her chair, wondering where this was going. Then, without warning, he leaned forward, and she saw his hand reach under the table. Emma’s heart started to race as she realized what might be coming next.
