A captive soul in the dark ages

In the year 1275, a peasant woman from Haute Savoie in the French Alps found herself trapped in a medieval village square. Dressed in a simple grey tunic, she was forced to wear a heavy chain around her neck, wrists, and ankles. The villagers, led by a stern-faced man with a pillory, chained her down, leaving her bent forward with her large, saggy breasts exposed.
